Who we are
TerraCelest Group of Companies (Pty) Ltd is a South African company registered with CIPC under enterprise number 2026/665752/07. We are the responsible party for personal information we collect through this website and our services.
What we collect

Why we collect it
We process personal information to deliver the services you request, invoice and receive payment, coordinate cleaning teams, verify partner identities where required by law, comply with South African tax, labour and consumer law, and (with your consent) send you marketing communications.
Who we share it with
We share information with payment providers to process transactions, our email service to deliver notifications, and service partners to fulfil the services you book. We do not sell personal information. Where we use third-party tools, we do so under agreements that limit their use of your data to the purpose we engaged them for.
