Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to every promotional code, discount voucher, referral credit, and special offer made available by TerraCelest Group of Companies (Pty) Ltd ("TerraCelest", "we", "us").

They form part of the contract between you and TerraCelest. In the event of a conflict between these Promotional Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Promotional Terms prevail with respect to the specific promotion.

Each individual promotion may carry additional conditions communicated on the page, email or channel where it is advertised. Those conditions apply in addition to these Promotional Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion, promotional codes are available to new customers only. A "new customer" is a person or household that has not previously completed a paid booking with TerraCelest.

Each promotional code may be used once per customer, per household, and per service address.

TerraCelest may verify eligibility. Where a promotion has been claimed by a customer who does not meet the eligibility criteria, TerraCelest may reverse the discount and invoice the difference, or cancel the booking with a full refund of amounts actually paid.

Promotional codes may not be combined with any other promotional code, discount voucher, referral credit, or promotional offer, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

Where more than one discount is claimed, TerraCelest will apply only one promotion at its discretion and reject the remainder.

• Discount: 50% off the Standard Cleaning service rate
• Valid window: 25 September 2026 00:00 SAST to 20 October 2026 23:59 SAST
• Eligible service: Standard Cleaning only
• Maximum discount: Capped at 50% of the R1 499 Standard Cleaning base rate (maximum R749.50)
• Eligibility: New customers only
• Use limit: One use per customer, per household, and per service address
• Combinability: May not be combined with any other promotion, voucher or credit
• Excluded services: Deep Cleaning, Move-in / Move-out, Commercial & Office Cleaning, Catering, and recurring retainer arrangements
• How to claim: Enter HELLOTC in the promo code field at the checkout step of the booking wizard. The discount is applied automatically once eligibility and service conditions are met.
• Server verification: TerraCelest recomputes every discount server-side from the code, service and current date. Client-supplied discount values are ignored.

If a booking made with a promotional code is cancelled, the promotional discount is forfeited. Any refund is processed based on the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.

If a booking is rescheduled to a date that still falls within the promotion's valid window, the discount is preserved.

If a booking is rescheduled to a date outside the promotional window, the discount is forfeited and the booking is repriced at the standard rate for the new date, subject to your right to cancel.

TerraCelest monitors promotional code usage for abuse. Attempted circumvention includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to reuse a single-use code;
• Claiming a new-customer promotion from an account with a prior paid booking history under any identity;
• Supplying false information to meet eligibility criteria;
• Sharing a promotional code publicly or commercially without authorisation.

Where abuse is identified, TerraCelest may reverse the discount, invoice the difference, cancel the booking, or suspend the account.

TerraCelest may withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed with an applied discount, the discount remains valid for that specific booking, subject to these Promotional Terms.

Withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bookings already confirmed and paid under that promotion.

Promotional codes carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another person.

These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
