TerraCelest is the software behind a working South African cleaning operation. Bookings, clients, payments, invoices, teams, HR, service areas, Ozow payments, email notifications — all wired and in production. Buy the source. Run your own.
Not a generic CRM with a cleaning logo pasted on. Built from the ground up for the way service operations really run — from a customer's first enquiry through to a paid invoice.
Customer booking flow, availability checks, service scoping, room-by-room pricing, payment status tracking.
Full client records, properties, contacts, review history, communication log, retention tracking.
Real South African payment gateway. OAuth2, Svix-verified webhooks, replay protection. No Stripe, no USD.
Quotes, invoices, payment terms, pricing rules, discount codes. Every document wired to the booking.
Team members, hiring pipeline, job listings, applicant tracking, onboarding, POPIA-compliant storage.
93 admin pages. Financials, expenses, reports, payroll, inventory, fleet, tenders, audits.
Per-suburb coverage with deep links into the booking flow. Footers, careers, lead capture all wired.
Branded HTML templates, direct SMTP via local Exim, override markers, activity logging.
Installs on any phone. Offline shell. Push notifications via VAPID. Designed mobile-first, not mobile-also.
Not just code. The whole package — the schema, the docs, the assets, the recipe.
249 HTML pages, 185 PHP files, 205 JS files, 53 stylesheets. No minification, no obfuscation.
66-table operations base, schema intact, zero rows of real data. Duplicate into your own account with one click.
Step-by-step from blank cPanel to running app. Every environment variable explained, every integration sourced.
Data model, routing, auth, gateway pattern, backup strategy. Enough for any PHP dev to pick it up.
Terms, privacy, POPIA-aligned policy, refund, cookie, AI policy. Editable templates, not lorem ipsum.
Logo files, colour system, CSS custom properties. Rebrand in an afternoon, not a fortnight.
No framework churn, no build pipeline, no npm audit. Just PHP, JS, and CSS — the stuff that still works in five years.
opcache, imagick, gd, intlcat > file. Manual, simple, auditable. No CI/CD to inherit.rclone. Airtable data exports as CSV, per-table.One-time payment. No recurring licence. No revenue share. Deploy at your own pace.
One production installation for one cleaning operation. Perfect if you run a service business and want the software that runs it.
For developers and agencies who deploy the platform for multiple cleaning clients. Build a recurring business on top of it.
Everything in Agency, plus a live 2-hour handover call, extended documentation, and 30 days of direct technical support.
Yes. The platform uses Airtable as its data store. You duplicate our 66-table template into your own free Airtable account. Airtable's free tier supports up to 1,000 records per base; paid tiers from around $20/month once you grow past that.
Any cPanel account running PHP 8.2+ works. Namecheap, Hostinger, Afrihost, Xneelo — all fine. No VPS needed, no Docker, no shell access required beyond basic SSH.
No. TerraCelest is a single-tenant platform — one install runs one cleaning business. If you need to host multiple businesses under one install, that's a significant extension project. The Agency licence covers installing it multiple times, not multi-tenancy inside one install.
Ozow, out of the box. The client is written against Ozow's One API. Adding PayFast, Yoco, or Stripe means writing a parallel client — the pattern is documented in the codebase.
Purchases include access to bug fixes for the licensed support period. Feature updates aren't guaranteed. The codebase is yours to modify — nothing is encrypted or obfuscated.
Yes, all licences permit rebranding. Change the logo, colours, copy, domain — everything is in editable files. The Agency licence additionally permits reselling installs to your own clients.
No. The Airtable template ships with schema only — zero rows of real data. All source files are sanitised before delivery: brand names, Airtable base IDs, table IDs, and personal information are replaced with placeholders.
No CI/CD, no automated test suite, no staging environment, no error monitoring. The platform runs in production without them, but a buyer who wants those should budget time to add them.
